What's MADD?

MADD stands for (mothers against drunk driving). It started in 1980 where a group of mothers who were affected by fatalities of drunked drivers. They joined togther and started an organization to prevent this issue. Their mission statement is " To end ddrunk driving, help fight drugged ddriving, support the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking."

Is drinking and driving illegal?

Drinking and driving is extremly illegal! After the car crashes and people killed plus the push of MADD pushed for a law against the issue. If you are stopped by the law and they catch you under the influence then you will be charger with a DUI.


"Each day people drive drunk more tha 300,000 times, but only about 3,200 are arrested." That is an insane amount of people driving and driving and worst of all barely no one is being caught. "Everday in america, another 27 people die as a result of drunk driving crashes."


MADD understand everyone is different and come from different backgrounds. We are here to help you and so that your life and others are safe under the wheel. Together we can make the world a better place.
