What s next After the property inspection day and you have selected your property selection we have listed below our step by step process Our team will help you through the entire process and that is what makes this such a comfortable process 1 EOI Sales Advice Once you have seen the properties on the day most people are confident with their decision and are excited to commence the next step This involves filling out an EOI Expression of Interest so we can reserve the property before anyone else purchases it 2 Lot House or Unit Selection When the EOI is signed we will select the lot and house plan or townhouse to make sure it has everything needed and that you are happy with it 3 Contract Ordering Contracts are ordered and received at our office for checking and scanning and then mailed to you with a PrePaid Express post satchel for prompt return 4 Solicitor Checking As above the scanned copy of your contracts are sent to the solicitor for checking and to explain the contract to you 5 Contract Signing Once you have spoken with your solicitor and are happy the contracts are to be signed and sent back to us via the express bag sent with the contracts It will be scanned by us again and sent to the seller for signing Practical Completion Townhouses 6 Executed Contracts We will update you throughout the construction on a monthly basis with updates on site and expected completion date Once the seller has signed the contracts the solicitor will receive a copy and send a copy of the executed contract to you for your files 7 Finance Application Once the signed contract has been received the finance team will start applications and submit for finance approval 8 Pre Construction Once the above steps have been completed we will make sure any colour selections are picked out We also ensure that any working drawings soil test ect are completed to get ready for the construction phase of your property 10 Settlement Once your property is completed the builder or developer with notify us that practical completion has been reached At this stage we will inform you of a 3rd party Building Inspector that will check the home for defectsover and above what the builder has found Once the above is done the property is now ready for tenants and we will recommend a Property Management Team 9 Construction Once the council approved plans are received and any due deposits have been paidThe Construction phase starts House Land Terrace Homes Is broken into stages we will be watching your property through all the steps Slab Frame Enclosed Fixing 26
