My pinafore dress is from this beautiful maternity shop Clary and Pegwho also sell fantastic nursing clothes. I am in LOVE with this piece as I always find pinafore dresses come up quite small on me and this one is just the comfiest and very flattering as well.

I think the jumpsuit would also look so cute!

The Interview: Clary & Peg

As anyone pregnant will tell you, finding decent maternity wear is a challenge. Specialist brands are expensive and often veer towards the Kate Middleton engagement-shoot look, a wrap dress too far for many.

With that in mind, the latest trend in maternity wear makes a lot of sense: savvy brands are creating “investment” pieces designed to live long beyond pregnancy – and be worn by people who are not pregnant at all.

Our vision for the company was born of our own frustration: we could not find the maternity clothes that we wanted to wear and were having to compromise when pregnant. We wanted to create a maternity brand that was also a fashion brand, where pregnant women like us could buy stylish and unique pieces.
