Text can contain many characters including letters, numbers, symbols or punctuation and can also be used in all types of multimedia. Text can be used in headings, content, labels, captions, menus and navigation. Two commonly used types of font are Serif and Sans-Serif fonts. Although they share a similar name, they have various differences.
