Carbohydrates are broken down in our body to release energy and give us some fuel. And if we eat to many Carbohydrates our body brakes it down into sugar and it is pushed into our bloodstream and can raise our blood pressure. For the amount of carbs we should have is about 45 to 65 percent so that mean if we eat 2,000 calories about 900 to 1,300 should be from carbs. A carbohydrate has about 4 calories per gram
For the next nutrient i will be talking about Minerals. Minerals are found in foods that are essential to our growth so this makes them a very big nutrient that we need to digest. Just like vitamins minerals help our body grow and thrive. Minerals are not good to consume in large doses because the body hold on to them storing it into our body. we need about 10 to 15 milligrams of minerals a day to stay healthy. there are over 4000 types of minerals in the earth.
For the next nutrient i will talking about vitamins. Vitamins are any group of compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition. Vitamins help the body by helping our body grow at a steady rate and are essential to our survival. Eating to many vitamins can cause some serious health problems like making more access fat. The amount of vitamins that are needed in a day are set by the vitamin. Polar bears liver is so rich with vitamin A that eating a polar bear liver could kill you.

Water helps the body by giving our organisms fuel and power helping us through our day. If you drink way to much water then is recommended you sodium levels in your blood take a major decrease.

Fat is recommended to be about 400 to 700 calories. Most fat can be found in tropical oils.
