Ogilvy offers shuttle service to and from Grand Central, Penn Station, and Port Authority to all employees. 

 

Shuttle service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:10 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

At H2O Ogilvy Fitness Center, we are very proud to offer everyone at The Chocolate Factory the opportunity to achieve their desired level of fitne3ss in an environment that is conveniently located, staffed by professionals, and dsigned to help you achieve your goals.

 

Our objective is to provide you with health and fitne3ss expseriences that an be translated into permanent lifestyle changes. The staff will work with you to set up a specific program tht meets your needs, whether you run the New York City Marathon or can't bend down to tie your shoes. 

 

The Fitness Center is located on the concourse level. It contains cardiovascular and weight-training equiptment, a separate area for the use of free weights, and a room for group exercise classes. Group exercise classes may cover a wide variety of disciplines, such as Pilates, cycling, weight training and sport-conditioning programs. Classes are free to all fitness center members. 

 

There is a spacious locker room, including shower facilities and day lockers (personal combination locks are recommended). "Green" soap, shampoo, facial tissues, and hand lotion are provided, as well as hair dyers and clean towels for workouts and showers. There are also small personal lockers available for rental.

MEDICAL SERVICES

 

Ogilvy offers employees the conveinience of top-quality health services just steps away from their offices or workstations. At the Ogilvy Medical Center, conveniently located on the concourse level, you can find treatment for every illness - from the common cold or a skin rash to high blood pressure - at the lowest cost to you. In addition of episodic care for common illnesses, you can also access the center for your ongoing health management needs for conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. The center provides well -woman exams, immunizations, travel inoculations, allegery shots, and flu vaccines. You can also access the center for the latest preventive health and wellness programs.

 

All benefit-eligible employees of Ogilvy may use the Ogilvy Medical Center expanded services. There is no ocharge for any preventive medical visit. There is a $10 co-pay for visits requiring an advanced level of care and treatment. Employees enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan will pay a $35 fee for services other than preventive visits until their deductible is met (this $35 fee can be submitted to an HSA for reimbursement.

OGILVY BIKES

All employees must attend a 90-minute training presentation to be given by a Bike New York Instructor, and then sign a waiver to be cleared to rent a bike. For more information please contact Dana Rosenthal at 212-237-7796

 

-50 Breezer Uptown bikes are available through the rental program

-All bikes will have individual parking spots and locks in our covered garage, located on the north side of 46th Street between 10th and 11th aves

-All employees have the option to purchase a locker-room-only membership at the fitness center to use the showers and lockers

 

Safety Training:

-Monthly training sessions are held; stay tuned for the latest session

-Every employee who signs up for the bike rental program and attends a training session will receive a bike helmet

RULES & REGULATIONS

SMOKING

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in all areas of the building, the roof top garden, or within 25 feet of the building. 

You may smoke outside 25 feet from the building. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the appropriate receptacles.

 

PETS

No pets are allowed in the building unless for a shoot. A request must be sen to NewYork.Facilities@ogilvy.com before the animal is brought into the building

 

WINDOWS

Windows cannot be covered or obstructed in any way. No lettering sign, notice, or object can be displayed on the interior or exterior of windows. No items (e.g. books, decorations, etc.) should be put on windowsills. 

 

NOISE

Noise that may disturb other employees is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, music or the playing of musical instruments, recordings, radio, or television.

 

 

FACILITIES & OFFICE SERVICES 

PANTRIES

There are two pantries on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. Both are complete with coffee, tea, microwaves, refigerators, icemakers, water dispensers, and napkins. Coffee will be stocked at the pantries and will be maintained by Facilities between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Office Services will ensure the pantries remain fully stocked.

 

Individual employees are responsible for the food they store in the refridgerator. Microwaves are located in the pantries as well as the cafeteria. As a courtesy to oyur colleagues, please refrain from microwaving smelly food items. 

 

Please be advised that the 2nd floor pantry near the reception desk may be used as a staging area for catered meetings. During these times, employees should direct themselves to the North pantry. 

 

ROOF TOP GARDEN

Employees are encouraged to take advantage of the outdoor space. From the lobby, take the first bank of elevators to the R level, or take the second bank of elevators to the 7th floor and transfer to the first bank of elevators. Please keep in mind that smoking is prohibited in this area. 

 

Hours:

The Roof Top Garden is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., May through October. The roof is closed on July 4th.
