I am

I am thirteen years old

I have bright blonde hair

Math is my best subject

My eyes are blue and green

I hate football

I love to read books

Music distracts me as I work

I dislike people

I have two siblings

I am Lauren Tarman

                              Sunflowers

  Many Sunflowers

Starting to bloom in the field

  It looks Pretty

The girl over there,

Her eyes are filled with sarrow,

Her body says saddness

Football

Football

Quaterbacks

Far, they throw the balls

The recievers catch the footballs

Touchdown!

Love

Love,

How the moon dies every night to let the sun live,

or how,

It is a whirwind of emotions

It over takes you all at once,

Every emtion is a cause of them

That, is what Love is

The Zebra in the Zoo

There once was a zebra in a zoo,

who always loved to snooze,

but the zebra got caught,

and the zebra got shot,

and now the zebra is boo.

 A Certain Blue

My favorite color is a certain kind of blue,

 The color of my eyes.

This might sound conceded to say,

but it is also the color of a spring nights,

laying out in a field of flowers.

Or the color of rain,

falling down onto your fresh skin,

while you dance out in the rain.

The color of high-waisted denim,

that girls wear while out with their friends.

That is why, my favorite is a color is a certain blue,

The color of my eyes.

3 a.m

At 3 a.m

While everyone is asleep it takes over,

like a tidal wave you have no control over.

It washes you away into deep thoughts,

and from you can't run from what is inside of you, a beast.

And yet, not even your parents or siblings close by don't even know what happens in the nightfall,

   Thoughts taking over your mind,

 At 3 a.m

My Favorite Pens

Here's to my Favorite Pens

I lost you in dreaded school, in my many classes

You didn't write like a $50 pen from Office Max

And you didn't compare to a Bic pen

With their super smooth writing

But, I still think of you when I have to write with a pencil

 Happy Green/Deep Blue

I am a happy green,

fresh, fun,

enjoyable and relaxing

Making jokes and enjoying life.

But I am also a deep blue,

self concious, scared,

shy, and low self-esteem,

I have two sides, diversity so great, you may not believe it.

Swimming

It is exciting to watch

It is my favorite sport

The cool water feels good

I get to just think

The water is relaxing

I love swimming

It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
          By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.

I was a child and she was a child,
          In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
          I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
          Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
          My beautiful Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.

The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
          Went envying her and me-
Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee.

But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we-
Of many far wiser than we-
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
          Of the beautiful Annabel Lee.

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
          Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
          Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the sounding sea.
