There have been many animators that have come and go in our lives. Walt Disney, Dr. Suess, John Lassetor, and many more. Though, the best one, in my opinion, was Chuck Jones. Think about all the famous animated characters you know. There is Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, Will-e Coyote, the Roadrunner, and the many other characters that came from Lunny Tunes. Those were all made from Chuck Jones. Jones has brought happiness and joy to the anmation world, and to the entire world! Warner Bros. got a gret animator. Do you know what it feels like to see dumb, funny stuff? It makes you laugh, right? Well to get lots of laughter, just watch the films Chuck has provided you. In a 60 year time period, Jones has won three oscars as a director, as for 300 animated films he made. It started when he joined the Warner Bros company during the golden age of animation. He brung some famous characters along with him like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and many more. It didn't start at Warner Bros., however. It took lots of time. Though he made big once Warner ros. relased his films. He directed his first film in 1938 and it became a hit as he heard his audience laughing with joy. Since then, his cartoons such as Lonny Tune and Merrie Mellodies, are still a bi hit today.



Chuck Jones Biography


Chuck was born on September 21, 1912 in Spokane Washington. He grew up in hollywood, however, and watched and observed many famous people like Charlie Chapin and Buster Keaton, and their talents. Jones drew sketches with his pencil and sold them for a dollar each, shortly after graguating rom college. In 1932, He started working for a former Disney animator, Ubbe Iwerks, as a cel washer for his first job. It ws for that job the he found his future wife, Dorothy Webster which he married in 1932.
