What I know of Maranatha basketball is that it has a fine coach, terrific players, and an impressive record—pretty enviable! We pray that along with the experience of success, our teams learn something of the rewards of hard work, the value of rigorous physical exercise, and the virtues of working together toward a common goal. We want young men of courage, discipline, and humility whose achievements on field or court honor the God whom we represent.
