A new hire Welcome Book for The Chocolate Factory at 636 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10036.

WELCOME TO THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

Beginning today, you'll discover that 636 Eleventh Avenue isn't just a building. It's a small city.

In the following pages, we'll help you get acquainted with all the services and amenities that make this a really comfortable and convenient place to work.

We think you're going to love it here. And if there's anything we can do to help you get settled in the weeks ahead, please don't hesitate to contact your colleagues in Human Resources.

BUILDING INFORMATION

636 Eleventh Avenue was built back in 1913 to house the Auerbach Chocolate Factory. In 2007, the building was fully renovated to become a landmark green space. It includes a roof garden, high ceilings, and glass curtain walls that give 360-degree views of the Hudson River and Midtown Manhattan on every floor. Can you still smell the chocolate?
