CORPORATE
SPONSORSHIP
OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you for considering sponsoring an event with us.
Open Events provide safe opportunities to elementary age Chester children to explore
and have fun while Chester County high school students can try out volunteering with low
barriers to entry. These events help us build trust in the Chester community as a faithful
and dependable non-profit organization that has pure motives and is here for the long-
haul.
This mentoring club matches 100 Chester 5
th
and 6
th
graders with 100 Henderson High
School students for 8 weekend events per school year. These meaningful relationships
further develop trust and understanding between the racially and economically diverse
group of students.
The Chester children eventually age-out of Warrior Guides and then try-out for RISE, our
teen leadership development program for Chester 7
th
, 8
th
, 9
th
and 10
th
graders. RISE is
designed to build vital skills that will help the participants to become high-achieving
individuals, positive influencers in their peer groups, and righteous leaders in their
schools and neighborhoods as they model personal Responsibility, Integrity & Excellence
and also demonstrate leadership through acts of Service in their community.
This program aims to “launch” Chester 11th and 12th graders into college or career. It is
still in development, but scheduled to roll out in September of 2017. LAUNCH will be a
Saturday workshop structured program, taught by volunteer professionals with a variety
of relevant topics.

Cost of Sponsorship: $3,500
Employees Welcome to Volunteer: up to 12; 4 hour shifts
Description: Two high school students lead this effort every fall. The goal is to collect about
2,000 toys and then bring them to Chester, PA for a special, invitation-only Toy Store. The Drive
begins in mid-November with various drop off points for the new, unwrapped toys. A few days
before the Toy Store, all of the toys are collected into one location, sorted by category, priced
between $1 and $5 with a colored sticker indicating price, and then loaded into giant, clear lawn
and leaf bags. The toys are all delivered to Chester on the morning of the Saturday Toy Store
and set up in the back of our space in an Inventory Room. In mid November, 400 children
receive a special, written invitation to come and shop at the Toy Store in December. Each child is
chosen by his or her social worker and their attendance is confirmed and they are given a
specific, half-hour time slot to come and shop. Upon arrival the child is matched up with a high
school Personal Shopper and the pair goes through the Toy Store with play money that the child
is given. He or she ends up with about 5 new Christmas gifts. After shopping the gifts are
wrapped and given to the parent while the child enjoys hot chocolate and cookies with his high

every child has access to the beautiful toys.
