• Develop detailed project plan, aligned to master transition plan • Manage transfer of personnel, and monitor induction of new personnel – Agree how Access will interact with community — points of contact • Implement operational continuity plans - Understand approach to knowledge transfer and current policies; monitor to ensure effectiveness • 30 Days before take over- obtain all contracts, leases, permits, licenses, benefit data, employee census data and establish entity. • 30 Days before take over- shop all employee benefits and create a short list of all contracts, permits, licenses, etc. that need to be transferred or re-established by take over. • 30 days before take over- interview all staff and determine staffing needs at take over. • 30 days before take over- review all accounting records and establish new accounting procedures, set up and staffing. • 21 days before take over- Issue offer letters to all management that will be retained. • 14 days before take over, all tasks must be completed and ready for take over. • 7 days before take over- The Access Transition Team arrives on site and remains through take over date. • Take Over Day- Employee “Meet and Greet” • Take Over Day- Employee “Rally” to introduce new Management Company and set direction moving forward. Strategic Marketing – We develop multi-year plans, with a tactical plan detailing specific actions to be accomplished in the current year. The plan covers both short-term and long-term strategies which are dynamic and interactive to produce measurable results. We have creative ideas to connect with your guests before, during and after they dine at your restaurant. We provide all of our accounting services with precision as we record the transactions and store your community’s data, which is summarized and organized later in the form of a number of monthly financial reports. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our accounting services which include: Receivables – We will collect your assessments using a lockbox service which will automatically update payments received in our software. Monthly statements are issued to delinquent owners and those that become seriously delinquent will be issued a “notice of intent to lien”. Owners can pay online and obtain their balance. Our team will call delinquent owners in an attempt to collect the delinquent assessments prior to issuing a notice of intent to lien. Payables – Invoices will be processed and emailed to Board every other week for approval prior to releasing payments. Financials – Financials are prepared monthly and end of year financials will be prepared for an outside certified public accountant. Financials reports are prepared using the accrual based method and are available online to the Board of Directors. Budgets – Your licensed manager and our Regional Controller will work with your dedicated accountant to prepare a preliminary budget; including review of any contracts for existing services. The concept is one of Craft Cocktails, Farm to Table Fresh Foods and a Vibrant atmosphere. The Restaurant and Lounge, although located within the hotel, has been concerted to make hotel guests and outside customers feel they are in a "free standing” environment. Jasper’s was a Restaurant and Lounge which although Top-Line was grossing approximately $8,000-$10,000 per day it was not a profitable operation.
