  Definition:

 

Arthritis: painful

 

innflamation and

 

stiffness in the joints

 

 

 Symptoms:

  • pain in the joints, ankles, back, fingers, hands, muscles, neck, wrist
  • sharp or intermittent pains
  • pain while sitting or doing day to day activities
  • stiffness, tenderness, or swelling in the joints
  • fatigue or malaise 
  • decresed range of motion or muscle weakness
  • bumps on the fingers or bony outgrowth in fingers or toes
  • flaring
  • limping
  • physical deformity
  • redness
