About Camp Mary White
Camp Mary White, established in 1927, was one of the first Girl
Scout camps west of the Mississippi. The camp is situated on
200 acres near Mayhill, New Mexico in the Lincoln National
Forest. It has been home to generations of girls, who learned
stewardship of nature and community at the camp. This rustic,
residential camp for girls, aged 8-17, offers a mountain outdoor
experience with archery, horseback riding, leadership skills, arts
& crafts, hiking and much more. Our campers will experience the
“Magic of Camp Mary White” a magic that will enrich them with
a sense of accomplishment and independence. It will also offer a
treasure of wonderful memories that she will carry for a lifetime.
