Did DidYou YouKnow Know IT Information IT Information April March 2017 2017 Title Here Sorting Customers by Last Sale Date Sorting Customers by Last Sale Date Sorting your customers by Last Sale Date in Notes Bolts is a convenient way to see which customers you have not sold to in a while maybe it is a good time to renew contact with customers that have dropped off the radar During the current economy perhaps it s an opportune time to recoup some business that has dwindled down We must shift our strategy to find ways to boost business one way is to regain ground by looking at lost customers To see customers with the oldest sale records from Active Contacts click the column titled Last Sale This will sort your contacts by Last Sale date with the oldest at the top of the list If you have contacts you have never sold to they will be at the bottom To return Active Contacts to the normal view click the Last Sale column title again to turn off the highlighted up arrow Additionally you may want to look at the Franchise Product Mix by Owner Report and Item Detail in Purchase History to find additional resources for potential sale increase opportunities If you have any tips on how to increase or recoup lost sales or ways to boost business that you would like to share with other franchises please contact Deborah in Winzer IT
