10 mcdonalds food items vs 10 Burger king food items.

10:Salads

Even though these are salads, they are still coming from fast food restaurants and unhealthy. Mcdonalds' salads have 1070 mg of sodium in them, 27 g of carbohydrates, 6 g of fiber, and 9 g of fat. That doesn't  sound healthy at all. Burger King's salads have 14 g of fat,  320 calories, and  1080 g of sodium. The winner right now is Mcdonalds since they have less sodium and fat, which are both really bad for your body if you get too much.

9:Chicken Nuggets:

Chicken nuggets are usually made up of parts of the breast and sometimes the rib meat. They are covered in breading and deep fried in grease. Mcdonalds chicken nuggets have 3 grams of fat, 7 mg of cholesterol, 46 calories, 3 grams of carbohydrates, ad 2 grams of protein per nugget. Burger king on the other hand has 47 calories, 3 grams of fat, 5 mg of cholesterol, 2 grams of protein,  1 gram of fiber, 3 grams of carbohydrates, 89 mg of sodium per chicken nugget

The average man should take 56 grams of protein a day. An interesting fact about proteins are that the amino acids in the proteins are held together by peptides.

3.Vitamins

Image result for minerals in foodVitamins are organic substances that help the body's nutrition. Vitamins give the body strength and help fight off germs and illnesses inside the body. Vitamins may be really good for you but if you take in too many vitamins such as Vitamin C and Zinc you could feel nausea and even have diarrhea. The right amount of total  vitamins you should have a day could be 170 mg of vitamins total. Some vitamins like Vitamin D you can get just from sunlight.

4.Minerals

Image result for minerals in food

Image result for minerals in foodMinerals are found in dark green leafy veggies, milk, potassium and way more. Minerals basically help build the body, help build the tissue, hair, teeth, bones, skin, nerve function, and more. But eat too much and you will have fatigue, nerve damage, and hair loss. You barely need any minerals a day, way more less than you need proteins and the other nutrients, you only need 10 to 15 mg of minerals a day. Did you know that avocados have twice as much of potassium than bananas do? And people mainly eat bananas when they are trying to get a lot of potassium.

5.water

Image result for waterImage result for waterWater is 75% of this Earth, made out of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom, and its something every human needs in order to stay alive, almost like God made it most of this planet to help us alive. Water helps the body function, including the brain, the organs, muscles, the heart, the liver, the  kidneys, almost every part of the body. If you drink too much water you will start to lose weight since there are absolutely no calories inside of water and it serves as an appetite suppression,  but if you drink too much water in too short of a period of time the levels of salt and sodium in your body will drop and you can die fatally. You should be drinking 3.7 liters of water everyday. An interesting fact about water would be that there was the same amount of water on earth now as there was when it was first made.

6.FAT Image result for fat in foodsImage result for fat foods

Fat is a greasy element that is formed inside of animals bodies(including humans) that is really bad for you. But don't be fooled about how bad it is, they are still good for you at supplying energy and helping cell growth along with absorbing some other nutrients and producing hormones. Now don't be fooled about how good it is for you, cause fat also causes a buildup of cholesterol in you heart and arteries, you can have strokes occurring in your body, you can get diabetes cause of the inflammation. People should have roughly between 45 and 75 mg of fat per day. An interesting fact about fat is that it is the key ingredient to making food taste good, and is the reason 34% of children are overweight or obese(extremely overweight).

10 What's healthier,Mcdonalds or Burger king? 10 Mcdonalds foods vs 10 Burger king foods.

10.Salads are supposed to be healthy foods and substitutes for your normal unhealthy  dietary foods for vegetables and fruits with delicious but healthy toppings. But apparently the fast food industries reversed that, and gave us salads that are both delicious and are  unhealthy.McDonald's salads contain 350 calories, 99 of which are from the fat, 11 grams of fat, 110 mg of cholesterol, 1070 mg of sodium, 27 g carbohydrates, 37 g of protein, and  200 mg of calcium. Burger kings salads on the other hand have 320 calories, 14g of fat, 115 mg of cholesterol, 441 mg of sodium, 6 g of carbohydrates, 36 g of protein, and 10% calcium. McDonald's salad may have more calories but it still has less fat, and less cholesterol which are two of the worst nutrients that can go into your body, so McDonald's salads are exceptionally healthier than burger kings.

9. Chicken Nuggets aren't always healthy, especially when they are deep fried in grease. Just 10 of McDonald's chicken nuggets have 440 calories, 27g of fat, 75 mg of cholesterol, 840 mg of sodium, 26 g of carbohydrates,   and 24 g of protein. But Burger King 470 calories, 29 g of fat, 50 mg of cholesterol, 890 mg of sodium, 34 g of carbohydrates, and 21 grams of protein.  Mcdonalds' chicken nuggets have less calories, less fat, less sodium, and less carbohydrates, making it way healthier than burger king's.

8. The fish filet at both of these restaurants are honestly not as healthy as they should be, but are still better than the big macs. McDonald's fish filet has 270 calories, 7 grams of fat, 30 grams of cholesterol, 350 mg of sodium, 37 g of carbohydrates, and 15 g of protein. Burger king's fish sandwich has 520 calories, 28 g of fat, 30 mg of cholesterol, 1,260 mg of sodium, 43 carbohydrates,  and 16 g of protein. Again, Mcdonalds is healthier having less calories, less fat, same amount of cholesterol,  less sodium, less carbohydrates, and a good amount of protein in it.

7. French fries are usually not good tasting unless they are fried in grease, and battered in salt, so i guess you can say both of these restaurants fries are really, really good. Mcdonalds’ fries have,  340 calories, 16g of fat, no cholesterol, 190 mg of sodium, 44g of carbohydrates, 4g of protein. Burger King's fries have 340 calories, 15g of fat, no cholesterol, 480 mg of sodium, 49 g of carbohydrates, and 4 g of protein. Mcdonalds wins this one even though they have 1g more of fat, they have substantially low  amount of sodium on their fries, and less carbohydrates.

6. Chicken strips/tenders have been in both of these restaurants and are both terrible for you either way. Mcdonalds 6 piece  chicken strips have 760 calories, 44g of fat, 145 mg of cholesterol, 1890 mg of sodium, 32g of carbohydrates, and 58g of protein. Sounds really bad. Burger King 6 piece chicken strips have 290 calories, 17g of fat, 40 mg of cholesterol, 460mg of sodium, 15g of carbohydrates, and 15g of protein. Mcdonalds lost this one having more of everything than the Burger King 6 piece.

5.Chicken sandwiches just like salads can be both healthy and unhealthy depending on how they are prepared. Mcdonalds chicken sandwich has 530 calories, 19g of fat, 60mg of cholesterol, 810 mg of sodium, 61g of carbohydrates, and 28 g of protein. Burger king's chicken sandwich has 675 calories, 43g of fat, 75 mg of cholesterol, 1,610mg of sodium, 47 g of carbohydrates, and 26g of protein. Mcdonalds wins having their chicken sandwich with less calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, but more carbohydrates and protein which isn't that bad actually.

4.Chocolate milk shakes are mainly made from ice cream, something most people should avoid in their diet, and it also is dairy, something you should avoid having more than one serving of a day if you're planning on having less belly fat. Mcdonald's’ chocolate milkshake contains 488 calories, 11g of fat, no cholesterol, 1mg of sodium, 84g of carbohydrates, and 13g of protein. Burger King has 275 calories, 11g of fat, 15 mg of cholesterol, 450mg of sodium, 21g of carbohydrates, and 27g of protein. Mcdonalds would have to win this one for having less cholesterol and sodium.

3.Finally we are talking about the fan favorite regular sized Hamburgers that everyone in the world likes. Mcdonalds hamburgers have 406 calories, 2g of fat, 26 mg of cholesterol (what a surprise), 469 mg of sodium(WHAT A SURPRISE), 29 g of carbohydrates, and 12g of protein.Burger king’s normal sized hamburgers have 220 calories, 8g of fat, 30 mg of cholesterol, 380 mg of sodium, 26g of carbohydrates, 11g of protein. This would be a tie since Mcdonalds has more calories, less fat, less cholesterol, but more sodium, more carbohydrates, and more protein.

2. Cheese can still add calories to a plain Burger you get at a restaurant. Mcdonald’s cheese burgers have 300 calories, 12g of fat, 40mg of cholesterol, 680 mg of Sodium, 33 g of carbohydrates, and 15g of protein.Burger kings’ cheese burgers have 387 calories, 15g of fat,  35 mg of cholesterol, 1,967 mg of sodium, 43 g of carbohydrates, and 20g of protein. Mcdonald’s is healthier once again, but they are still not healthy.

1.Now finally we are talking about the Big Burgers of both of these restaurants that have been known to give their customers stokes. Mcdonald’s Big mac has 563 calories, 33g of fat, 79 mg of cholesterol, 1,007 mg of sodium, 44g of carbohydrates, and 26g of protein. Burger King's Whopper® has, 660 calories, 40g of fat, 90 mg of cholesterol, 980 mg of sodium, 49g of carbohydrates, and 28g of protein. Now for the last time, Mcdonalds has a healthier food item. Now we know that Mcdonalds really isn't healthy at all, but most of its items are way more healthier than most of Burger king’s foods according to the comparison, but still would not be recommended by any doctor who knows what he is talking about.
