The teaching of the English classroom for non-English speakers
There are many students in schools who are non-English speakers and find it very hard to understand what their instructor is teaching. This causes the student to struggle with the lessons and fall behind in class. Instructors should make the time to help those in need, perhaps setting aside a regular lesson and incorporating that child's language instead.
Taking the time to learn the students' culture can help a long way within the classroom. Not only does it show that the instructor cares, but it also gives the students a sense of ease and express interest on whatever lesson their teacher will give them.
