Giovanni got his start in the music business as a dancer for a few recording artists in the Freestyle genre such as Connie "Funky Little Beat", Johnny O. "Fantasy Girl", but actually got his break dancing for the very well-known singer/songwriter/drummer/percussionist Sheila E. Giovanni appeared in two of her music videos back in 1991 titled "Sex Cymbal" and "Dropping Like Flies from her Sex Cymbal album. As years passed Giovanni began writing songs and putting his singing/songwriting talent to work.
Giovanni has made appearances on Latin TV Network Univision for shows such as Caliente and Morning show Al Despertar. Giovanni has just released an EP entitled Come Into My Arms that was released in August 2015 on iTunes, Amazon and many other online stores.
Giovanni has written all his songs and has been produced by Grammy Award winning producer Michael Mani who won a Grammy for Santana's Super Natural album, also has written and produced for such act as New Kids On The Block, Diana Ross, Destiny's Child just to name a few as well as movie Soundtracks for Free Willy, Crooklyn and Street Fighter. Also, Blackhouse Productions Producer Orencio Perez that has done work with Connie and Baby Bash.
Giovanni had joined forces with UnderGround Railroad Entertainment Group/Def Jam Memphis and his new Radio Single Down Low is doing very well on heavy rotation all over the world in places like Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Chicago, Houston Texas, Miami Florida, Phoenix Arizona, Shanghai China, Tokyo Japan, Buenos Aires Argentina, Istanbul Turkey, Paris France, Rome Italy, Manila Philippines, Sydney Australia, London United Kingdom, Rio De Janeiro Brazil and the list is growing larger. He has also released his new music video for Radio Single Down Low that can be seen on YouTube and VEVO. Giovanni recently released his Latin Single La Botella in August 2016 it will be on a huge platform and expected to be distributed all over the World and Radio Play in Mexico and all of Central America and more. September 19, 2016 was the release of "Rule The World".
