Moving in to a new office brings a lot of opportunities and flexibility. But without some frames around that flexibility we may lose some of the biggest benefits and opportunities become challenges.

Keep in mind

The office is our work home. We spend much of our life here. Let's make it as good as possible for each other, through respect and responsibility.

Keep it Clean and Tidy

Our office is (to be) certified for the ISO-14001 environmental standard. This means we all need to contribute with sorting our waste correctly. Waste bins are placed in the wardrobes and copy rooms, and marked with the waste type.

Your desk should be kept as clean as possible. Use your cabinet and locker to store things you don't need every day, and throw waste right away instead of storing it on your desk.

Hang your jacket ++ in the wardrobe, not on your chair.

Throw away waste that someone else "lost" on the floor.

Take your turn and fill/empty the dishwasher from time to time. Use your own cup, if possible. Keep the kitchen counter clean and tidy.

Arrange chairs and tables back into place if you or someone else moved them out of place.
