Australia is the only continent in which an entire race of indigenous people have kept up the adaptation of hunting and gathering all the way into modern times. They’ve lived on the continent for around 45,000-50,000 hailing from supposedly Asia.
Today they make up about 2% of Australia’s population standing around 400,000 strong. All of them being semi-nomadic hunters and gatherers with their own clans and territories. This making the stories of their mythology vary slightly from person to person.
