NATIONAL ORIGIN DISCRIMINATION
National origin discrimination involves treating people (applicants or employees) unfavorably because they are from a particular country or part of the world, because of ethnicity or accent, or because they appear to be of a certain ethnic background (even if they are not).
Discrimination of age occurs everywhere, but more in the works; As large companies, no longer wish to have employees who do not have new ideas, or who have motivations, since the same companies are focused on looking for young people and new ideas, that is to the newly graduates.
There are many other discriminations, which unfortunately occur day by day, such as pregnancy discrimination, sex discrimination, religion discrimination, among others. But what we must understand is that each person is happy in his way of being, regardless of his physical appearance, or his preferences, we must all be more supportive and respectful.
Putting aside a person is discrimination, make less of its presence and ignore it. These and many more, are the factors that several people live daily, then a small summary on the types of discrimination:

Disability discrimination occurs when an employer or other entity covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended, or the Rehabilitation Act, as amended, treats a qualified individual with a disability who is an employee or applicant unfavorably because she has a disability.
