Most people view sugar as sweet, tasty and satisfying but did you know sugar is one of the most damaging substances that you can ingest a diet with to much sugar can over load and damage your liver, it causes matrabolic dysfunction (weight gain and abdominal obesity) it is also increases your uric acid levels which can cause heart or kidney disease.

 

 Fructose, galactose and glucose are all ingredients containing an imense amount of sugar. Fructose is a simple sugar found in natural ingredients such as fruits and vegetables, and is usually used as a sweetener added to other foods and vegetables. Galactose is a simple sugar found in dairy. while glucose is the main  source of energy in the body and only used by brain cells. although sugar is unhealthy everything in moderation is good for you!
