Implement more time for reflections and conversations in order to better understand where
students are and how I can better help them learn in various ways
This will help build relationships and trust amongst the teacher and student
Implement more lessons on respect to build relationships amongst students within the class
Implement more rigorous content which stretches students beyond memorization
Switch the layout of desks within the classroom to build community
Show students how new-material connects to material they have learned in previous years
