Fujiko F. Fujio

I choose this animator because he created a famous character and he is the pioneer of anime.


Fujiko F. Fujio is one of the most important writer in the Fujiko Fujio Team. He was born the September 23rd, 1933 in Takaoka, Toyama, Japan (I was born near Takaoka). His birth name Hiroshi Fujimoto, he met his future animator partner, Abiko Motoo (Fujiko Fujio A.) in Japan fifth grade (6th grade) at an elementary school (because in Japan elementary it's from 1st to 6th grade) in his native Toyama.He was impressed about Abiko's intelligence and through nature Abiko's story writing style even at that age, and started to write comics toghether which continued for the next 40 years. In 1956 they formed Shin Manga-To (New Manga-To) with Fujio Akatsuka and Ishinomori Shotaro (Known by Kamen-Rider).In 1964 they co-authored "Obake no Q-taro" (Q-taro the ghost) which later became famous even in North America and Hong Kong. They continued their prolific career by penning other famous cartoon such as Paa-man, Kaibutsu-Kun, and Doraemon.

He died September 23rd 1996, cause: Liver Failure.
