An SD Training Team Initiative
IDEA Bihar & Jharkhand Circle
It gives me immense pleasure to share that we are launching a platform
named “SD Samachar” with an objective in mind to highlight our team’s
diligence and achievements, month on month. I request all of you to contribute towards utilizing this tool in more effective way, and recognize the
sincere efforts of our front end teams.
As Managers and leaders, it is our duty and conviction to lay the right
foundation for our upcoming generations. Through SD Samachar, we intend to build a culture to recognize knowledge, skills and attitude in every
member of this Service Delivery team. There is nothing that can not be
achieved if an employee is motivated.
My best wishes to the entire editorial team, especially the Training Team ,
for taking up this task of assimilating the plethora of achievements of our
front end teams.
Let us come together and encourage people to participate and inculcate
the culture of Best Practice sharing through our home grown journal SD

Service Center Trainings for eKYC and Idea Advantages
over RJio covered for Bihar & Jharkhand
Circle Service Trainers completed the trainings on a war footing
for all My Idea, Idea Points stores through personal interventions
over concall and classroom & OJT sessions on topics “eKYC Activation” and “Idea Advantages over RJio”.
All together 112 IPs and 4 MIs were covered under this drive .
ISPs and IGKs have been covered through Field Service Teams.
This has been a stupendous task which calls for appreciation from
Important Short Codes Sharing Drive - Service Centers
Our Field Service Teams undertook a major drive to increase
awareness and also bring more channel satisfaction through
sharing leaflets which contain list of important short codes
which they need to refer to resolve customer issue hand to
hand. This will improve the Customer Satisfaction as well since
FTR levels would go up. Kudos to our Field Service IPCOs, ZSDs
and ZSMs for their intense involvement in this entire process.

Champion of the Month - Gaurav Kumar (ZSD, Purnea Zone)
We are proud to share that Gaurav Kumar, ZSD Purnea Zone, extended himself beyond his duty hours to serve an in-roaming customer from KWB Circle
who was facing latching issue on his Idea SIM.
Gaurav accepted the challenge and left no stone unturned, to serve our customer, by co-ordinating with the Idea Point, Response Team, local Network
Team and the customer himself, beyond his working hours to ensure the issue
got resolved. End of the day, Mr.Harish Singh, customer, had to say “Idea Jaisa
Koi Nahin”… Cheers to Gaurav for your Customer Service Orientation.
