Pork and apple stew Serves 4 Ingredients  1 tablespoon of oil  1 large onion  1 garlic clove  3 carrots  2 apples  450g diced pork  500ml low salt vegetable stock (2 tsp powder)  3tablespoons cornflour  1 teaspoon dried thyme or mixed herbs  Black pepper to taste Equipment Method 1.
