Water

Water is a colorless, transparent, odorless, tasteless liquid that forms the sea. Drinking water helps maintain balance of body fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva an to maintain your body temperature. Drinking too much water can cause level of salt, or sodium, in your blood to drop low and it's called hypothermia. You should drink to at least half a gallon of water a day and an interesting fact about water is that 97% of water on earth are salty and are undrinkable,

Minerals 

A mineral is a solid inorganic substance of natural occurrence, and like vitamins they help your body grow, develop. Minerals also help with transmitting nerve impulse through your body some of the minerals are even used to make hormones. Just like the vitamins you will lose hair and have nerve damage and most adults need about 100 milligrams a day. One interesting fact is that you get it from any kind of fruit.

Vitamins 

A group of organic compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition. Vitamins help shore up bones, heal wounds, and bolster up your immune system. Eating too much vitamins can cause nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps and having to much can lead to hair loss and mild nerve damage. You should take 10 mcg daily and one interesting fact is that it boosts your immune system.

Fats 

A natural oily substance occurring in animal bodies and is under the skin. Dietary fats are good for your body because they help with cell growth and they also help protect your organs and keeps you warm, fat also produces hormones that you need. Having to much fat affects your body because it can lead to obesity and health issues and breathing problems arthritis and heart disease. You would like to have at least 42 to 58 grams a daily. An interesting fact is that your body 15 to 30 percent of fat.

Protein  

Protein is a nitrogenous organic compounds that consist of large molecules compound of one or more long chain s of amino acids that are part of a living organisms. Your hair and nails are mostly made of protein and it helps repair damaged muscles and tissue also you need protein to make enzymes, hormones and it is a building block for bone, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. If you eat to much protein your body can't store extra amino acids so it turns into fat and you can become over weight. You have to eat at least 56 grams per day for your body and 46 for a woman per day. 

A interesting fact about protein is that they are like a long chain made of molecule and amino acids

Carbohydrates are a large group of organic compounds occurring in foods and living tissues and including sugars, starch and cellulose. Carbohydrates provide your body with energy like sugar and glucose. If you eat to much carbs then you will start gaining weight and your blood sugar will rise and you will start secretion of insulin occurs and more glucose. You should eat about 225 and 325 grams of carbohydrates a day. Something interesting about carbohydrates is that you can get it from fruits and vegetables.
