Carbohydrates are a group of organic compounds in foods and tissues. Carbohydrates help our body by giving us energy. Carbohydrates hurt our body because they can turn into sugar. You should have about 225-325 carbohydrates a day. A fact about carbohydrates is that they can be found in fruit.
Protein is nitrogenous organic compounds that consist of large molecules. Protein helps our body because it rebuilds tissues. Protein can hurt your body if you eat fatty proteins. You should have 0.8 grams of protein a day. Besides water protein is the most plentiful thing in your body.
Fat is a natural substance from animal bodies. Fat helps your body by maintaining your temperature and keeping you warm also it is more fuel for your body. Fat can hurt your body by causing obesity. You should eat between 44 and 78 grams of protein a day. A fact about fats is that polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are good for you.
Vitamins are organic compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition. Vitamins are good for you because they do hundreds of things in your body. Too much of certain vitamins can cause things such as cancer. It depends on which vitamin on how much to take but is good for you to take each kind of vitamin that's good for you everyday. A fact about vitamins is that you get vitamin D from the sun.

Minerals are bad because certain minerals are bad if you have too much like iron. You need 1,000 milligrams of calcium per day but only about 10 to 15 milligrams of iron and zinc per day. Water is the basis of the fluids of living organisms. Water is good for you because you need it to live. You can drink too much water which is bad for your body. You should drink 2 liters of water a day. Water regulates the earths temperature.

Unhealthy protein bar: Met-Rx, 390 calories, 330mg of sodium, 12g of fat, and 18g of sugar. This bar has lots of sodium, fat, and sugar which is all things shouldnt have a lot of. $10.88 per box.
Unhealthy protein bar: Kashy, 17 grams of sugar. Another bar with too much sugar. $2.98 each.
Unhealthy protein bar: Pure protein, 300 calories, 31g of carbohydrates, 8g of fat, and 21g of sugar. This bar has quite a few carbs, you dont need that many in a protein bar. $19.99 for eight.
Unhealthy protein bar: go organic, this bar is organic and vegan yet has 15 grams of sugar. If you want to have a very healthy choice thats too much sugar. $21.57 for fifteen.
Unhealthy protein bar: Larabar, 24g of sugar and just 4g of protein. This is not a good protein bar if your not getting much protein and just sugar. $5.29 per box.
Unhealthy protein bar: fitjoy, this bar has conola oil which can cause liver damage. $5.78 for five.
Unhealthy protein bar: Mission1, this bar has cornstarch which is very processed and doesnt benefit you at all. $2.49 each.
