What is nutrition?
The process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.This field of study focuses on foods and substances in foods that help animals to grow and stay healthy. Nutrition science also includes behaviors and social factors related to food choices. The foods we eat provide energy and nutrients such as protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals, and water. Eating healthy foods in the right amounts gives your body energy to perform daily activities, helps you to maintain a healthy body weight, and can lower your risk for certain diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
How does it help the body?
Nutrients are elements or compounds that are vital for human growth development and function. Having a balanced diet and eating a variety of foods from all food groups ensures that you get all of the nutrients you need each day.
how does it hurt the body?
To much of nutrition you body can create body fat
Some nutrients are vital to tissue growth and repair. Vitamin C builds collagen, a type of protein that is a structural component of cells, particularly skin cells

for a women 250 for men they need 350 just because their bigger then women

The nuggets are produce and they are preservatives and unknown ingredients. Most people call it some paste .The reason the call it a paste is because there was some pictures exposed to the world the paste is pink and there is not even chicken in there

The fries at McDonald's are not passed by being a fries they have done test on the fries and they are not made of potato's like most fries are they don't expire over time .
