About the training course
• Creativity and sports for youth employment is designed for
those working with young people, working in non-
governmental organizations, youth workers, trainers and
youth leaders.
• We want to enable our participants to enrich their
workshop, expand horizons, and to be able to use methods
and knowledge from the training in their work with young
people.
• The aim of this training course is to increase the knowledge
and skills of the participants and to bring out their creativity
and team work through sports, through non-formal
education.
• We aim that once back in their youth organizations, the
participants will implement what they have learnt and
spread the skills earned in this training course to the young
people they work with and therefore act as multipliers in
order to help the young people use these skills in order to
help them to enter the employment world.
