  • -Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

-By increasing your intake of protein the body will store it for later use turning it to fat, which then you will gain weight.

-The body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood.

  • -The body uses Carbohydrates to energize the body by using bodily sugars.

  • - By eating to many carbs the body will take the extra carbs and turn them into fat and store them away, leading to weight gain.

-Contain hydrogen and oxygen in the same ratio as water and typically can be broken down to release energy in the animal body

-Carbohydrates

-Fats are essential to give your body energy and to support cell growth. They also help protect your organs and help keep your body warm.

- Too much fat in the body may lead to obesity that can then set off many other health issues like breathing difficulties, arthritis and heart disease.

-A natural oily or greasy substance occurring in human bodies, especially when deposited as a layer under the skin or around certain organs.

  • -When too many vitamins are taken in the it can cause lots of negative outcomes (but none of which include death), they include things like:  nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps.

-A group of organic compounds that are essential for normal growth and nutrition and are required in small quantities in the diet because they cannot be synthesized by the body.

-They help strengthen the bones in your body, heal wounds, and help strengthen your immune system. The are only a few of the many role Vitamins and minerals take on.

  • -A mineral is a chemical element required as an essential nutrient by organisms to perform functions necessary for life. 

-Just like Vitamins, Minerals practically help with the same functions all around the body. Minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy.

-Like the Vitamins in taking too much of the minerals can lead to nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps.

  • -Water helps maintain bodily fluids in your body.

-Drinking a large amount of water can lead to water intoxication, this in some cases can be fetal.

-Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. Your body is composed of about 60% water. The functions of these bodily fluids.
