Foodborne Illness

Illness is spread by not washing hand or none fully washed dishes. Also by the flu or sickness. 

To prevent contamination

1. clean cutting board in between different items

2. all clean supply away from food

3. watch where you put the meat

  • diarrhea,
  • stomach pain,
  • lack of wanting food.
