if you take more vitamins than your body can use then you will have 

diarrhea, stomach cramps

minerals help your body grow, develop, and stay healthy. 

The body uses minerals to perform many different functions


Minerals aren't good to consume in high doses because your body holds

 onto the excess and you can get iron position

Your body is composed of about 60% water.
