This protein bar has a lot of processed and unnatural foods listed near the top of the ingredient list so it is very bad for the brain and body.

This bar may have a lot of protein but that does not account for the number of carbs sodium and saturated fat that make it an unhealthy choice

A pack of ten of these bars costs 20 dollars so it is not a good choice at the price for the bar your getting
