Any food made from wheat is a grain product. From rice, oats, cereal, pasta, bread are all examples of grain products. Eating grains most importantly whole grains can have health benefits.Grains are important sources of many nutrients.For some people grains can be bad and can cause FODMAPs a type of carbohydrate which is digestive distress this does not apply to everyone. There is also gluten free foods. Interesting fact:Rice does not need to grow in water, but since rice can survive in water, it is planted in it to control weeds and other pests, creating higher yields.

Eating fruits and vegetables are beneficial they can help reduce diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure, and some cancers.Eating Fruits and vegetables are good but its not good to eat them and not anything else, we also need other vitamins from other foods like meats and beans. Interesting fact: Apples float because they are 20% air.
